Roomwipe Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Roomwipe. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Roomwipe’s website, services, communications, and any related platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By booking, requesting, or using Roomwipe services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use Roomwipe services.
1. Overview of How Roomwipe Operates
Roomwipe provides home and property services using a hybrid operating model:
In-House Services
Most services are performed directly by Roomwipe employees or Roomwipe-managed subcontractors operating under Roomwipe’s supervision, insurance, pricing, and service standards.Third-Party Contractor Services (Exception Basis)
If a requested service falls outside Roomwipe’s operational capacity, licensing scope, or geographic coverage, Roomwipe may refer the request to an independent third-party contractor. In those cases, Roomwipe acts solely as a referral facilitator.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use Roomwipe services. By submitting a request, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Information Sharing & Privacy
What Information Is Shared
To complete services, Roomwipe may collect and share the following with internal staff or approved service partners:
Full name
Service address
Phone number and email
Service request details
Photos, notes, or access instructions (if provided)
Data Protection
Roomwipe does not sell or rent customer data
Information is used strictly for service delivery and support
Access is limited to authorized personnel only
Customers may request data removal by emailing help@roomwipe.com, subject to service limitations.
4. Booking, Scheduling & Access
Appointment windows are estimates unless otherwise stated
Customers must provide safe access to the property, including pets secured and utilities available
Missed appointments due to access issues may be billable
Roomwipe reserves the right to refuse or stop service if unsafe or undisclosed conditions exist.
5. Payments & Billing (In-House Services)
Payment Obligation
Once Roomwipe personnel arrive and begin work, payment for time worked is due in full.
Billing Structure
Services are billed hourly or per agreed scope
Time is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes
Final invoices reflect actual time worked
Payment Terms
Payment due within 24 hours of completion
Accepted payment methods include online invoice payment
Late payments may incur:
$10 late fee
$25 failed payment or returned transaction fee
Disputes
Must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
Failure to report within this window constitutes acceptance
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
24 hours’ notice required for rescheduling
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a $25 fee
Emergency cancellations evaluated case-by-case
7. Service Conduct & Liability (In-House)
Roomwipe agrees to:
Perform services professionally and within agreed scope
Use reasonable care and standard industry practices
Roomwipe is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Customer-supplied materials or instructions
Structural issues beyond visible service scope
Customers are responsible for disclosing known hazards.
8. Third-Party Contractor Services (When Applicable)
If a service is referred to a third-party contractor:
Roomwipe is not a party to the service agreement
Pricing, warranties, and workmanship are governed by the contractor
Roomwipe does not assume liability for third-party performance
Roomwipe may assist with communication but does not guarantee outcomes.
9. Commercial Cleaning Services
Roomwipe provides commercial cleaning services primarily in-house, including offices, retail spaces, multi-unit properties, and turnovers.
Commercial Client Responsibilities
Provide secure access and site information
Secure confidential materials
Disclose security protocols and restrictions
Roomwipe is not responsible for:
Unsecured valuables
Business interruption
Undisclosed hazardous conditions
10. Commercial Billing Terms
Invoices issued per visit or billing cycle
Payment due within 15 days unless otherwise stated
Late payments may incur a $25 fee and service suspension
11. Supplies & Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed:
Roomwipe supplies standard cleaning tools and products
Consumables (paper products, soaps) are excluded
Specialty chemicals must be approved in advance
12. Quality Assurance & Reporting (Commercial)
Issues must be reported within 48 hours
Roomwipe must be given opportunity to review concerns
Failure to report constitutes acceptance
13. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Roomwipe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
14. Content & Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Roomwipe.
User submissions grant Roomwipe permission to use content for service coordination and limited marketing, unless otherwise requested.
15. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Misrepresent service needs
Interfere with operations
Attempt to bypass Roomwipe systems
16. Termination
Roomwipe may suspend or terminate services for:
Non-payment
Abuse or misuse
Policy violations
Customers may cancel services by contacting help@roomwipe.com.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of the State of Georgia
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Columbia County, GA
18. Modifications
Roomwipe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Roomwipe and supersede all prior agreements.
