Welcome to Roomwipe! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roomwipe's websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Information Sharing with Service Providers:

To deliver efficient and accurate home maintenance services, Roomwipe connects users with independent service providers (also called home service pros/professionals or subcontractors). By using Roomwipe, you agree to the following:

What Information is Shared:

Roomwipe may share the following information with matched service providers, solely for the purpose of confirming quotes, scheduling, advertising, and completing services:

• Full name

• Service address

• Phone number

• Email address

• Details about the requested service(s)

• Photos or notes submitted for consultation (if applicable)

How Your Information is Protected:​

• Your information can be shared, rented, or used for marketing by service providers outside of Roomwipe interactions.

• Roomwipe retains control over all communication where possible and limits direct access beyond necessary service-related use.

Additional Notes:

• Roomwipe is not responsible for unauthorized use of your information if you voluntarily share contact details or continue conversations outside the Roomwipe platform.

• Roomwipe recommends keeping communication within official channels (e.g., Roomwipe platform, assigned email threads) to ensure protection under our terms and policies.

• You may request removal of your information from provider access at any time by contacting help@roomwipe.com — this may impact your ability to schedule services.

1. Platform Use

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are legally qualified to enter a binding contract.

• License to Use: Roomwipe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts

• Account Creation: To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

• Privacy: Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

3. Services

• Service Description: Roomwipe takes homeowner service requests and connects them to pre-vetted service providers, ensuring the best available quote. Roomwipe handles the initial connection and quote; any subsequent changes, modifications, or finalizations are managed by the connected service provider.

• Fees: There are no fees charged to users for obtaining initial quotes through the Platform.

• Scheduling and Cancellation: Specific terms regarding scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation are managed directly between the homeowner and the service provider.

4. Content

• Ownership and Rights: All content provided on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Roomwipe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• User Content: You may post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content to or through the Platform. By making available any content on or through the Platform, you grant Roomwipe a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit such content.

5. Prohibitions

• Misuse: You agree not to misuse the Platform or help anyone else do so. You agree not to, nor attempt to, circumvent security, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform, the server on which the Platform is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Platform.

• Automated Use: The use of automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes, ('scraping') is prohibited without a license from Roomwipe.

6. Termination and Suspension

• By Roomwipe: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms or fail repeatedly to provide accurate information necessary for fulfilling services.

• By You: You may cancel your account at any time by sending a request to help@roomwipe.com.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

• Arbitration Agreement: You and Roomwipe agree to resolve any disputes through final and binding arbitration in Columbia County, Georgia, except as set forth under Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitrate below.

8. General Terms

• Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the "Last Updated" date at the top.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Roomwipe and you regarding the Platform, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Roomwipe and you regarding the Platform.
